Keep your sign-in details private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Programs and content
Course materials, lessons, templates and certificates are provided for your own learning. You may not copy, resell or share them without permission. We may update or remove content from time to time.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown before you pay. Where a program or service is paid, access begins once payment is confirmed. Refund requests are considered case by case, so contact us at contact@drshem.online.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break into it, upload harmful content, or use it to harass others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
No guarantee of results
We work to give accurate, useful teaching and guidance, but we cannot guarantee particular outcomes such as jobs, grades or earnings.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Shem Oluwatobi Data Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
